Dr. Greg Wells

Dr. Greg Wells is a scientist, human physiologist, and bestselling author dedicated to helping people improve their health, energy, and overall wellbeing. With a Ph.D. in human physiology and decades of experience, he is known for translating complex science into simple, practical strategies that support everyday performance and healthy living.

As a Senior Scientist at SickKids Hospital and a former professor at the University of Toronto, Dr. Wells has worked with elite athletes, leading organizations, and communities around the world. His work focuses on the power of movement, sleep, nutrition, and mindset to help people feel and function at their best.
