Chartwell Vista offers three valuable lifestyle options for you or a loved one depending on your unique needs and preferences. First, we offer independent living in your choice of retirement suites, both with dining, housekeeping, optional lifestyle activities, and a range of flexible services and support that can be arranged and accommodated as your needs change. Second, we offer memory care services on the second and third levels of our retirement community for seniors living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, providing a person-centred approach to memory care that can make your loved one’s life better.

In addition, we offer private long-term care on a dedicated floor of the residence for seniors living with complex medical needs and/or advanced stages of dementia.

Independent Living

If you consider yourself an active and self-reliant individual, but wouldn’t mind having some aspects of daily life taken care of for you to free up your time, our independent living services may be the right fit for you! Our independent lifestyle offers a variety of service options that can make daily life convenient and worry-free. If you’d like to take a break from cooking and dish cleaning, you’re welcome to join us for a delicious and healthy meal with friends in our dining room. Would you like to spend less time and energy cleaning and doing laundry? We have housekeeping and personal laundry services! Would you like family members from out of town to stay with you, but have their own space? Guest room rentals are available for your family and friends. For your peace of mind, we also have staff on-site 24/7 and emergency response services.

As your needs evolve, additional care services can be accessed via third-party providers.

If you or a loved one require a higher level of support because you are living with dementia, we offer memory care suites on secure, dedicated floors on the second and third levels of our retirement community. There, your loved one will be attended to by compassionate staff trained on how to care for people living with cognitive impairment.
