The monthly rent at Chartwell Hawthorn doesn’t just cover your spacious suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: two nutritious meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation services, concierge, and access to staff 24/7 and emergency response at night. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat so you can set the temperature of your home.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include reserved outdoor parking, telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi, mail delivery, personal laundry, in-suite meal delivery service, hair salon services, and guest room rentals.
