The Chartwell des Mille-Îles continuum of care complex includes a care unit for seniors experiencing a physical and cognitive decline, including those with Alzheimer’s disease. Located on the second floor, it features 35 dedicated care studios, each offering a full range of personalized services, customized programs, and meals tailored to the specific needs of our residents.
 - Our staff is trained to support seniors living with Alzheimer and meet their specific needs. With our continuum of care, we take a unique, person-centered approach to memory care. What does that mean? We partner with families to learn more about the individual lives of our residents, allowing a deeper understanding of their history and building meaningful relationships.
 - At Chartwell des Mille-Îles, residents are our top priority. Families looking for support are encouraged to reach out to our Health and Wellness Manager. Our team will work to develop a personalized care plan designed to maximize their loved one’s autonomy, comfort, and quality of life. Here, family and friends are always welcome.
 - The 35 units in our dedicated care area for seniors with cognitive impairment have many benefits, including a secure, interactive environment with 24-hour supervision, a high staff-to-resident ratio, and access to therapeutic baths. Residents also enjoy three meals a day, specialized activities, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry services, and dedicated spaces such as a dining room, lounge, and activity room.
