The Chartwell Rock Forest continuum of care complex includes a care unit for seniors experiencing a physical or cognitive decline, including those with Alzheimer’s disease. Located on the second floor, it features 25 dedicated care studios, each offering a full range of personalized services, customized programs, and meals tailored to the specific needs of our residents.
