All of our suites at Chartwell Royal Marquis include kitchenettes, a convenient feature if you wish to prepare a light meal or keep drinks or snacks on hand. Each of our suites is modern and spacious, in a variety of price points to suit every budget.

You can choose from three different layouts in our bright studio suites, all featuring a combined living/sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette. There are also three layouts in our one-bedroom suites, with a living/dining area, bathroom, separate bedroom, and kitchenette. Our one-bedroom-plus-den suites are perfect if you have more furniture or would like a separate cozy space to relax, read, watch TV, or use your computer.

Your one monthly fee at Chartwell Royal Marquis includes your choice of spacious suite with kitchenette, and many other services, activities, and amenities, including the following: three delicious daily meals, weekly housekeeping, and linen service. For your safety and peace of mind, we also include a call-bell system, access to staff on a 24/7 basis, and grab bars. Wi-Fi, telephone, Cable TV, heating, A/C, electricity, and individual thermostat control are also conveniently included in your monthly fee, as is outdoor parking.
