What services are included in a retirement residence in Thunder Bay?
To ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your private suite, we offer a range of inclusions and optional services. Your suite rental fee includes three healthy daily meals, utilities (heating and air conditioning, electricity, and cable TV), an individual thermostat so you control your suite’s temperature, and a personal mailbox. There is also a call button to reach our staff for assistance around the clock. You can add on other optional services as you wish: care services, personal laundry, outdoor parking, hair salon services, mail delivery, scooter storage, laundry facilities and room service.
