As part of your rental fee, your utilities are also covered, including electricity and in-suite thermostat so you can control your own heating and air conditioning. Enjoy the convenience of fresh snacks and three delicious daily meals, weekly housekeeping, as well as your outdoor parking spot. Our independent living suites have 24/7 call-bell access to staff for support, including nighttime emergency response. Other useful services that you may want to opt into include care services, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone services, laundry facilities, hair salon services, and newspaper delivery.
