What services are included in a retirement residence in Ottawa?

It’s easy to feel comfortable and confident in our premium accommodations. Our independent living lifestyle includes three healthy and fresh meals every day, individual thermostat so you control the heating, weekly housekeeping, and transportation services. Your utilities, telephone, cable TV and Wi-fi are part of your rent. Optional care and support services range from personal laundry and towel service to outdoor parking, storage, room service, hair salon services and newspaper delivery.

For assisted living residents, three delicious daily meals are also part of your suite rental fee, along with support for your activities of daily living, personal laundry, transportation services, individual thermostat, and weekly housekeeping. Utilities, cable TV, telephone and Wi-fi are included. You may elect to add on services such as outdoor parking, storage, room service, hair salon services, newspaper delivery and dry cleaning.

All of our private suites are pet-friendly and have 24/7 access to support from our dedicated staff and call bell assistance.
