At Chartwell Montgomery Village, you can choose independent living in our retirement suites, which feature inviting and well-appointed studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom layouts. All suites have convenient kitchenettes for preparing light meals. Outdoor parking, scooter parking and storage are all available options. Meanwhile, our newly built seniors’ apartments are perfect for independent seniors or couples, featuring state-of-the-art studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts with patios or balconies. Cooking is a cinch in your full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry is equally easy with your in-suite machines. You also have the option to add outdoor parking.

Choosing the independent living option in our retirement suites delivers excellent value for one monthly rental fee. Beyond your spacious suite with kitchenette, your fee also includes three delicious daily meals, weekly housekeeping, linen service, and access to laundry facilities. We also include Wi-Fi, telephone, utilities, and cable TV. For your safety and peace-of-mind, a Personal Emergency Response Pendant and security system are also included.  

At Chartwell Tranquility Place’s seniors’ apartments, your monthly fee includes much more than your spacious and accessible apartment with balcony/patio, full kitchen, and in-suite laundry: you also receive monthly housekeeping, concierge, storage, Wi-Fi, individual thermostat control, telephone, cable TV, utilities, as well as a Personal Emergency Response Pendant. You also enjoy access to all amenities and activities in the main residence in your monthly rental fee.
