Our suites have been newly renovated and are all pet-friendly, too! They come in two types: you can downsize to a simple studio or choose a one-bedroom suite with a separate bedroom and living space. Your suite’s monthly fee includes a host of services, supports, and amenities.

We’re conveniently close to Southlake Regional Health Centre, as well as Highway 404 and the Newmarket Go Station for easy traveling.

Charming Newmarket is a fantastic community for seniors. In the warmer months, you’ll love visiting Newmarket Farmers’ Market, with dozens of vendors selling their fresh produce and homemade fare. You’ll appreciate the Upper Canada Mall for shopping. Dining options range from charming pub fare on Main Street to candlelit Italian spots.
If you’re looking for something more active, be sure to check out the Newmarket Tennis Club and York Curling Club, or visit the Magna Centre, a state-of-the-art recreation complex.
