The Dining Experience at Chartwell Robert Speck in Mississauga

Independent living is all about the freedom and flexibility to make choices that work for you, including enjoying a wonderful meal surrounded by friends and served by warm staff. It’s also why at Chartwell Robert Speck, we include two delicious daily meals in your monthly fee, with the option to include three, should you wish.

Our menus offer just as much choice, reflecting dishes that are made-from-scratch using fresh, wholesome ingredients. Our menus are inspired by what’s in season, and you’ll never see the same featured lunch or dinner in a four-week period.

What’s for dinner? From our daily featured menu you might choose between Borscht or a Greek salad to start, followed by an entrée of grilled flat iron steak served with sautéed mushrooms and onions, and if you have room—strawberry shortcake for dessert. You are welcome to enjoy your dinner with a glass of wine, too.

If today is one of our special themed nights, you could be tucking into a fun holiday menu, or one celebrating an international cuisine, complete with related residence activities and events. Beyond our featured daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, you may also be tempted by our à la carte menu, offering a great selection of popular, tried-and-true fare. If you need a pick-me-up between meals, don’t hesitate to grab one of our freshly prepared snacks.

You are also welcome to invite guests into our warmly decorated dining room with its floor-to-ceiling windows, or host a family dinner in our charming private dining room, where catering services are available. Don’t forget our bistro and country kitchen, the former a wonderful place to meet for a coffee, and the latter a great place to enjoy an afternoon of baking with your grandchildren.

Service is just as important to us as the quality of our meals at Chartwell Robert Speck.
