Our activity calendar has been carefully curated to appeal to our residents’ wide variety of interests and needs. Our team is passionate about creating opportunities for you to enjoy life whether your definition of fun is learning new things, re-discovering favourite hobbies, or connecting with friends for lively conversations or shared pastimes. Every social and recreational activity is voluntary, so you’re welcome to join as much or as little as you like knowing you can always explore the residence amenities for casual social gatherings, too.

There’s a world of activity options waiting outside your suite door. Do you like to exercise? We have gentle yoga to clear your mind and help with everything from strength to balance. Our Rhythm ‘N’ Moves classes are a fun, music-driven way for all levels of ability to enjoy movement. Join our walking group for strolls around our beautiful grounds and neighbourhood.
Try a meditation workshop to help quiet a busy mind or meet the companion animals who regularly visit our residence. Join your fellow vocalists for fun sing-alongs, or work with your fellow green-thumbed residents in our gardens. Meet other sports fans while watching the Jays or Leafs play or enjoy popcorn while taking in a fascinating documentary and the latest episode of your favourite TV shows in our movie theatre. We even have bus trips to visit local shops, attractions, and restaurants.

Our activity and games rooms are the perfect spots for a Scrabble or euchre game, while our library has been outfitted with comfy seats while you catch up on your reading. We invite you to explore our beautiful greenspace with walking paths and plenty of outdoor seating options. Feeling hungry between meals? Be sure you grab a snack and cup of tea from our bistro! We even have a hair salon for a convenient way to get in some pampering, and a guest room available to rent to comfortably accommodate your visitors.
