Our seniors’ apartments are in a separate building from the main residence, where you’ll find a variety of bright and spacious layouts, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom options. Our apartments all feature full kitchens with modern appliances so you can prepare as many meals as you’d like in your private space, and large, accessible bathrooms. Our pet-friendly apartments are also equipped with in-suite laundry facilities, an individual thermostat to control heat and air conditioning, and private balconies for fresh air and lovely views of trees, expansive green space, birds and other wildlife. If you have a car, you’ll also have access to covered or uncovered parking spots outside.

There is no minimum age requirement to call one of our apartments home. You’ll find our residents are typically over the age of 65, however our age range can be quite broad as someone 90 years old may be just as active, healthy and independent as someone who is 70!
