Our lush location is a walker’s paradise, as we are within close distance to many local amenities—including Highland Hills shopping plaza—and back onto a serene conservation area. Our residents enjoy lovely leafy views that change with the seasons and often admire the trees, wildlife, and our koi pond from our large back deck.

If so, Chartwell Bankside’s seniors’ apartments offer an ideal way to simplify your retirement, without giving up comfort, privacy and your personal aesthetic, and while also gaining amenities and ample opportunities to casually socialize with independent, like-minded peers. Our seniors’ apartments are in a separate building from the main residence, where you’ll find a variety of bright and spacious layouts, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom options. Our apartments all feature full kitchens with modern appliances so you can prepare as many meals as you’d like in your private space, and large, accessible bathrooms. Our pet-friendly apartments are also equipped with in-suite laundry facilities, an individual thermostat to control heat and air conditioning, and private balconies for fresh air and lovely views of trees, expansive green space, birds and other wildlife. If you have a car, you’ll also have access to covered or uncovered parking spots outside.
