Several features are included in the rental fee for our pet-friendly independent living suites at Chartwell Empress Kanata: electricity, cable TV, an in-suite thermostat so you control your own heating and cooling, accessible bathroom, and safety features such as a call-bell system in case you need assistance from one of our staff. Independent living residents can arrange for additional supports such as in-suite meal delivery service, transportation, outdoor parking, and hair salon services.

Memory Living studio suites are similarly equipped in our secure neighbourhood within the residence, along with numerous enhanced safety features and care services (such as weekly linen/towel laundry and personal laundry) to support seniors to live well with dementia.
