Chartwell Waterford is a modern retirement residence offering independent living and Memory Living services in the highly popular and growing residential areas of Palermo, Westoak Trails, and Bronte Creek. Our active seniors’ residence is near Westoak Trails Plaza and a variety of other local shops and services, including numerous restaurants, retail stores, medical clinics, and Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. If you are looking to run errands or attend an appointment, we have a town car service available for booking. For visiting family and friends, we are also easily accessible via the 407 and QEW.
Our residence is conveniently next door to a long term care residence, making it ideal for couples with loved ones living in long term care to visit via our covered tunnel connecting the two buildings.

Choose from studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den or two-bedroom suites in an incredible range of floor plans within each grouping. All have kitchenettes, with full-size refrigerators and microwaves, and some with in-suite laundry.
