What services are included in a retirement residence in Guelph?
Your monthly fee includes all of your in-room utilities, such as heat and air conditioning (all controlled by you with your own thermostat), electricity, phone, and cable TV to watch your favourite shows. You’ll also enjoy three meals a day in our dining room and weekly housekeeping services, plus the option to join any of our many recreational and social activities if you choose. We have secure storage space as well, for you to keep any of your extra belongings, and outdoor parking for your car.
Your safety is our top priority, which is why every suite has a call bell system, giving you quick, easy access to our staff any time of the day or night.
