Our Lifestyle & Program Manager chooses and creates experiences from our signature LiveNow life enrichment program, basing activities and amenities on meeting the six dimensions of wellness—physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational.

Spend a week or two at Chartwell St. Clair Beach, and you may never need a holiday at a luxury resort again! We offer our residents a combination of fulfilling activities and premium amenities. More than that, residents have numerous opportunities to connect socially, make friends, and forge meaningful new relationships. Can you see yourself sipping a margarita on our terrace while watching the birds circling the pier—and sharing that moment with others in your circle? You don’t, however, have to join any club to take advantage of our regular outings to shops, services, and community events, or worship at one of our on-site spiritual services. Stay inside and you’ll discover a warm saltwater pool for both aqua-fit classes and leisure swims; a large dining room with fireplace and a bar/lounge; movie theatre with theatre seating; bistro for coffee and snacks; demonstration kitchen where our chef demonstrates recipes, and you can also cook; fitness room with machines and all the equipment you need to stay fit; and a cozy library space. Step outside and you’ll find a three-hole putting green, a lakefront terrace perfect for relaxing, and walking paths around the residence and along the beach.
