Many of our residents choose us because they desire a worry-free lifestyle without the burden of home maintenance and household chores, at the same time seeking a more social lifestyle, where friends, activities, and amenities are right outside the door to their private, comfortable suite.
Independent living at Chartwell Jackson Creek delivers all of this, and includes three delicious daily meals, access to all activities, amenities, and outings, weekly housekeeping, linen service, transportation services, and much more. We also welcome your pet.
Independent living at our residence includes Care Assist, an optional program of à la carte and inclusive-package services that can be tailored to your needs. That could include help with morning and evening routines, medication management, foot care, oxygen service, and monitoring of vital functions. You also have access to an on-site nurse, lab services and a blood pressure clinic.
We’re here to help you or a loved one understand your options and which service level will be the right fit for you. Our Health & Wellness Manager will also conduct an assessment before you move in to ensure you’re receiving the right level of care for your unique needs and preferences.
