What services are included in a retirement residence in North York?
Your monthly rent includes much more than just your own comfortable and accessible private suite—it also includes three healthy, tasty meals plus snacks every day, your utilities (heating, air conditioning, electricity, telephone, and cable TV), call bell service to reach staff for assistance, and weekly housekeeping. You control your own thermostat so you can set your heating or air conditioning just the way you like it. If you wish, you can choose to add additional services, such as outdoor parking, linen service, concierge service and hair salon services.
