Our independent living suites are available in four styles and a variety of sizes, including studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom configurations. All independent living suites are pet-friendly and include kitchenettes with microwaves for your convenience. Studio suites with enhanced safety features are available in our dedicated Memory Living neighbourhood.

Your independent living monthly rental fee includes three meals a day and weekly housekeeping services. You will have an individual thermostat in your suite to allow you full control over the heat and air conditioning; electricity, telephone, and cable TV are covered as well. You’ll also have a call bell to quickly alert our staff any time, day or night. Your fee also includes all of our amenities and activities. If you wish, you may add care services, outdoor parking, scooter parking, concierge services, newspaper delivery, or hair salon services for an additional fee. 

Our Memory Living suites include three meals a day, as well as 24-hour access to our self-serve refreshment area. Your fee also includes weekly housekeeping and linen services and up to two loads of laundry a week. Enhanced care and wellness are provided to Memory Living residents through small resident-to-staff ratios by designated staff, attentive care plans that respond to the unique needs, abilities, and interests of each resident, 24-hour monitoring, medication and health monitoring, cueing and portering for activities, and on-site hair salon services.
