It can’t be emphasized enough how incredible the management and staff of the Clair Hills residence are. We were in a pretty desperate situation trying to find a temporary secure placement for our mom until a Long Term Care bed became available, and one call to Clair Hills provided the solution we were looking for. Particular mention needs to go to Retirement Living Consultant Marielle Santos and Health and Wellness Manager Emily Uebele who both went well “above and beyond” to secure us a placement within a few days of our initial contact. This allowed us complete peace of mind that mom would be safe and well cared for until a permanent solution became available. Happily we are now in that position, but will forever be in Clair Hills debt. Thank you again to everyone at Chartwell Clair Hills - one place you can be assured of the highest levels of service, respect and integrity.
