Our main retirement residence offers bright and spacious suites with full kitchens, and our seniors’ cottages include two spacious bedrooms and a full kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher, and in-suite laundry services.

The monthly rent at Chartwell Birchwood doesn’t just encompass your well-appointed suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: two nutritious meals daily, telephone, cable TV, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and access to staff 24/7 and emergency response. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, and an individual thermostat so you can set the temperate of your home. Our cottages also enjoy private parking, landscaping for the lawn and garden, and snow removal services during the winter months.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include indoor or outdoor parking, personal laundry, newspaper delivery, in-suite meal delivery service, scooter parking, and hair salon services.
