    What services are included in a retirement residence in Oshawa? 

    All of our suites’ monthly fees include three delicious and nutritious meals a day and a broad range of activities and amenities. For your safety, we have grab bars in the bathroom, and a Personal Emergency Response Pendant to quickly alert our 24/7 staff if you need help. Heating and cooling are controlled by you with an in-suite thermostat. 

    The rental fee for our independent living suites includes weekly housekeeping and linen service, electricity, heating and air conditioning, cable TV, telephone and a microwave. You’ll enjoy Wi-Fi in our common areas, too. Care can be added for an additional fee. 

    For assisted living residents, daily housekeeping and weekly linen and laundry service are included in your suite rental fee. You’ll also receive support with your everyday activities, including medication administration and help with your daily routine. Your fee also includes electricity, heating, and air conditioning, cable TV, and telephone.
