The monthly rent for your comfortable, private suite includes three healthy and delicious daily meals, your utilities (heating, electricity, and cable TV), a personal mailbox, personal laundry services, an individual thermostat so you control your suite’s temperature, and access to laundry facilities. Weekly housekeeping, transportation services, and Wi-Fi in common areas are a convenient part of your rental package. Rest assured there is also a call button to reach our staff for assistance, around the clock. In addition to these included services, you can add on optional paid services if you wish: outdoor parking, newspaper delivery, hair salon services, in-suite meal delivery service, and guest room rental.
