Book a personalized tourWhat services are included in a retirement residence in Aurora?
Your monthly suite rental at Chartwell Park Place includes three delicious, freshly prepared meals served in our spacious and social dining room, along with weekly housekeeping services. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities. Your suite has its own thermostat, allowing you to be in control of your heat and air conditioning. For your comfort and safety, our bathrooms feature grab bars, and you will have a call bell in your suite for fast access to our staff any time of day or night. Your rental fee also includes access to our residence’s amenity spaces, including the movie theatre, library, and pub, plus all of our recreational and social programs and events.
For an additional fee, you also have access to care and wellness services, linen services, indoor parking, and scooter parking.
