For seniors living with dementia, Chartwell Langley Gardens’ Memory Living neighbourhood is a supportive and safe environment. These studios and one-bedroom suites feature memory-cue signage, soothing colours and non-slip floors. There is 24-hour supervision from caring staff, and supervised access to outdoor spaces.

As part of your rent, your utilities are covered, including electricity and an in-suite thermostat so you can control your own heating and air conditioning. Three meals daily (with an opt-in option for residents in independent living suites), weekly housekeeping and linen services, transportation services, 24/7 call-bell access to staff for support (including nighttime emergency response) are also part of the services at Chartwell Langley Gardens. Other useful options include cable TV, dry cleaning, mail delivery, and indoor parking.
