Each suite comes with a kitchenette and some have balconies, with views showing our surrounding parklands and peaceful vistas of surrounding mountains.

Additionally, we have independent apartments with full kitchens and in-suite laundry facilities that feel like home.

What services are included in a retirement residence in Kamloops?

The monthly rent at Chartwell Ridgepointe doesn’t just encompass your well-appointed suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: two nutritious meals daily, telephone, cable TV, weekly housekeeping and linen service, laundry facilities, and access to staff 24/7 and emergency response. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat in your suite so you can set the temperature of your home.

For individuals who call our independent apartments home, included services are monthly housekeeping, with the option to add more housekeeping services, meal packages, or à la carte dining options.

Additional optional services at our pet-friendly residence that can be added to your rental package include outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, personal laundry, newspaper delivery, scooter parking, in-suite meal delivery service, hair salon, and guest room rental.
