Our unique approach to memory care

At Chartwell Wescott, we take a person-centred approach to memory care that empowers our trained and caring staff to establish strong social connections with residents in order to foster trust and familiarity. This means learning about your loved one’s likes and dislikes, how they express their feelings, and partnering with you on your loved one’s life history. We take these important steps all to better understand someone’s story and form meaningful relationships, which therefore leads to a better quality of life for our residents living with dementia.
