Located in the heart of a peaceful and residential area, Chartwell Oasis Saint-Jean is an evolving retirement residence located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. This residence offers additional care to seniors living with cognitive problems, in an environment where security and care are adapted to their condition and to facilitate the activities of daily living. In addition, our staff is available 24 hours a day to ensure the well-being of your loved one.

Our unique approach to memory care
Our care unit is located on the ground floor of the residence, which provides a great feeling of security for both residents and their families. In addition, our care unit offers 36 suites combining security and peace of mind in a cozy environment. We provide care services including therapeutic baths, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, care options, and much more.

At Chartwell Oasis Saint-Jean, the resident is at the heart of our priorities. We respect and treat our residents with dignity to offer them a better quality of life. So, we collaborate with the family to learn more about their lives, to better understand their story, and to build meaningful relationships. Our residents have access to our dining room with large windows which delight our residents. In addition, we provide them with a secure outdoor terrace which allows them to relax in the open air while peacefully enjoying the rays of the sun, in complete safety. Finally, you will notice that a joyful atmosphere unfolds in our residence thanks to our Lifestyle and Programs Manager, who offers activities adapted to residents daily. Our creative team aims to entertain, stimulate, and promote socialization among residents.
