What services are included in a retirement residence in Kitchener?

A long list of services is included in the monthly rent for your private suite at Chartwell Westmount. Your suite fee covers three well-prepared daily meals plus snacks, utilities (heating, electricity, and cable TV), weekly housekeeping, and 24/7 call-bell access to staff for support, including nighttime emergency response. The in-suite thermostat is a nice feature so you can control your own heating and air conditioning. You may also decide to add optional services to your rental package, such as telephone, Wi-Fi, transportation services, personal laundry, linen service, scooter parking and storage, newspaper delivery or hair salon services.
