Chartwell Bankside is a newly renovated retirement community featuring seniors’ apartments in a quiet, well-kept neighbourhood in Kitchener. Our lush location is a walker’s paradise, as we are within close distance to many local amenities—including Highland Hills shopping plaza—and back onto serene conservation area. Our residents enjoy lovely leafy views that change with the seasons and often admire the trees, wildlife, and our koi pond from our large back deck.
