The Dining Experience at Chartwell Valley Vista in Vaughan

Our animated dining room is the heart of our residence, and where you’ll enjoy flexible dining times and gather to share delicious meals with your fellow residents. You’ll discover our à la carte menu, full of choice, from hearty soups and springy salads to delicious seafood dishes and succulent roasts. We change our menu every spring, summer, fall and winter, so you can be sure we’re using the freshest ingredients and properly celebrating the tastes of each season.

Our kitchen also has featured daily specials. Here’s where our team takes huge inspiration from our residents, offering meals with an Italian flair. You’ll find dishes like stracciatella Fiorentina soup and solenta with tomato sauce served with grilled Italian sausage, or try our veal scaloppini in a portobello sauce. We make a great tiramisu, too!

We love to meet your friends and family, so please be sure to invite them to join you for a meal! We also proudly offer themed dinner nights, where we celebrate occasions and take a culinary tour to destinations around the world.

Service is just as important to us as the quality of our meals at Chartwell Valley Vista.

Our servers are warm, friendly and attentive, and they do their best to make your mealtimes special. We love getting feedback from our residents (we even have a Food Committee that meets regularly!) so we can make your dining room experiences special. We’re also skilled at accommodating dietary requests and restrictions.
