You’ll feel safe and secure, knowing that we also include a call-bell system, access to staff on a 24/7 basis, grab bars, a security system, and a secure entrance to the residence. Cable TV, heating, A/C, electricity, and individual thermostat control are also conveniently included in your monthly fee.

At Chartwell Riverside’s seniors’ townhomes, your monthly rental fee includes your garden-level townhome with open-concept living/dining room, a full kitchen with five appliances, two bedrooms, bathroom, in-suite laundry, basement, covered porch, and garage. It also includes cable TV, individual thermostat, A/C, heating, electricity, and outdoor parking.
