Our retirement community is a wonderful place to call home because of our residents and long-standing staff and volunteers—but also because of our variety of optional activities. Located on Patten Avenue near the Landing Leisure Centre, an art gallery, cultural centre and Chilliwack General Hospital, our independent living and assisted living residence is close to many restaurants and shops in Chilliwack’s thriving, revitalized downtown. Townsend Park is just next door, and you can enjoy the gorgeous views of Mt. Cheam, the Eastern Hillsides and Little Mountain. If you prefer not to walk, we offer outdoor and indoor parking spots, and a shuttle service.

Things to do in Chilliwack

Chilliwack is a beautiful city in the Fraser Valley, surrounded by mountains and scenic recreational areas, well-situated near Vancouver. It’s a wonderful place to call home, not only because of the gorgeous mountain views and associated parks—Bridal Veil Falls, Chilliwack Lake and Cultus Lake Provincial Parks, and Great Blue Heron Reserve—but the many new restaurants and shops to explore in the revitalized downtown. If you’re moving to a Chilliwack seniors’ residence, you can also visit nearby art galleries or catch a play, concert, musical, dance performance or comedy act at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
