Our Administrators are accountable to:


Manage Talent:

  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of Managers and front line employees
  • Build a strong team: sources, select and onboard key talent
  • Actively plan for succession
  • Develop employees:  coach  and manage performance

  • Meet or exceed MOLTCA standards related to resident care and health and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within the Long Term Care sector
  • Recognized degree/certificate/diploma in Long Term Care Management
  • Current Administrator Certificate from a MOH-approved program
  • Very strong communication skills and the ability to interact with residents, families, community professionals and various outside partners
  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and budget management skills

Candidates must be available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
